About The Event

Friday 30th April 4pm - Sunday 1st May 2pm

Join Yoga Teacher Cathy Ibbotson (Source Yoga) and Sound Therapist Steph Healy (Pure Sound) for a special Spring weekend retreat at Beltane.

A gentle fusion of yoga and sound healing, to compliment this time in the year where the light is increasing and nature is starting to manifest and blossom from Spring into Summer.  A chance to pause, ground and reconnect to the life force.

The weekend will include yoga, meditation, sound and gong baths, an optional wild swim and lots and lots of delicious food in the beautiful space at Trigonos, set in the magical Snowdonia National Park. We will be working with yin and yang energy to balance masculine and feminine with flow to lift the energy and breathwork and meditation to equalise and steady prana in the body.

All are welcome.

The cost of the weekend is:

Twin ensuite £335

Single ensuite £350

There is also an option to receive a Health Coach Session (visit Health Coach - Source Yoga for info), Biofield Tune or Past Life Regression (visit Treatments | pure-sound (puresound.org.uk) . For these extra charges apply.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due by mid March 2022. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel, unless I am able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.

Trigonos is an 18 acre estate situated in a quiet Snowdonia Valley, bordering a lake and looking up at the west face of Snowdon. It is a not-for-profit business based on social and environmental responsibility. The (very delicious) food is vegetarian (some of which is home grown) and any special dietary requirements can be accommodated).
