Silence and Sound - A weekend retreat with Steph Healy at the Autumn Equinox

At the arrival of Autumn on Friday 23rd September, I invite you to join a group of open and like minded people to journey within yourself, explore the balance between the seasons, dark and light, your inner and outer Self, through silence and sound.

We will work with the flow of nature in this magical palce, to reflect on the wonders, achievements and liveliness of the Spring and Summer months and then turn your attention to the beginning of the inner cycle of growth; a point of transition where we can process the lessons the we have learnt, release whatever needs to flow on and listen to the wisdom within ourselves so that we may plan and weave dreams as Winter approaches...

Trigonos is an 18 acre estate situated in a quiet Snowdonia Valley, bordering a lake and looking up at the west face of Snowdon. It is a not-for-profit business based on social and environmental responsibility. During our retreat you will be welcomed into a very special space that will nourish and nurture you. There will be; 

~Gongs baths 

~Sound journeying 

~Biofield Tuning

~Meditation

~Periods of silence to delve as deep as you wish

~Massage (additional cost)

~Free time

My intention is to create a space where you will feel supported, have time for yourself to connect to the land, walk barefoot, dip in the lake and let yourself be taken care of, so that you'll leave feeling refreshed, fully charged, lighter and brighter.

This retreat is open to everyone whether you have experienced healing through sound or never before.

The price of the retreat is:

£335 (per person) for a twin ensuite room 

£350 (per person) for an single ensuite room

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due at the end of July 22. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel, unless I am able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.
