Join Yoga Teacher Llio Mair and Sound Therapist Steph Healy for a special Spring weekend retreat at the Equinox/Alban Eilir.
Spring is in the air and the trees, plants and flowers are beginning to fill with sap and gather momentumn for flowering. Spring fills us with energy and there is a pull to spend time outside, feel the warmth that's emerging and enjoy the blustery, rainy spells that fertilise and clear away the cobwebs. At Alban Eilir/Spring Equinox (17th March 2023) day and night, light and dark are equal in length. With this comes a sense of balance, Union, so together using movement and sound we will explore connecting to the fertility of nature, balancing our inner and outer selves; our lives from inside out.
