What is it?
An individual treatment, this experience is more intense and powerful, as the vibrations and sound frequencies are created just for you.
Lying fully clothed on sheepskin rugs (a treatment couch is available if preferred), you close your eyes and relax while being bathed in powerful sound waves from Gongs, singing bowls and grounding instruments.
This is followed by a period of silence called the "Shunyata" in which the body is allowed space to integrate the energy.
Healing through sound brings the physical body, mind and soul into a state of natural balance and harmony.

Biofield Tuning Treatment

What is it?
An individual treatment where the gentle and subtle vibrations from the tuning forks are used on the body and in the energy field or biofield to help balance all aspects of the system. You lie on the couch and together we will explore areas of your energy field that wish to be cleared. A powerful and wonderful treatment that removes blockages and re-energises you. You can receive this treatment in person or distantly (which is surprisingly powerful!)
Just a handful of Practitioners currently practice in the UK. I travelled to America to learn this method of sound therapy and am thrilled to be offering this treatment locally and distantly.

Sonic Meridian Flush

Chakra Balancing using Mantra (chanting)
in person or over Zoom
Duration: 30 mins

What is it?
Lying on the treatment couch, you close your eyes while the Mantras are chanted over you focussing on each chakra (energy centre of the body). This encourages realignment of each chakra's frequency, loosening any stuck or dense energy.
Choose from three Mantras;
Sa Re Ga -A gentle Sanskrit Mantra. Clients frequently say that they feel nurtured during this Mantra.
Healing Drones - Vibrational toning and entrainment. This is often described by clients as a release of physical tension.
Bija Mantra - Linking in with the elements, a powerful and magical Sanskrit balancer, popular with clients wishing to reconnect to the Source.

Shamanic Healing

What is it?
You lie on the massage table under blankets and close your eyes. The session is all about helping to extract any negative energy that has built up over time with drumming and rattling. When we experience deep physical or emotional trauma part of our spirit may separate itself from our body. This part of us may then live on another plane of the Earth where it feels safe. When this happens to us we no longer have access to that part of ourselves. Soul loss is a common occurrence in childhood particularly if life events were challenging. Soul loss can also occur with the death of a loved one or the break up of a close relationship. Most people have some degree of soul loss. In a Shamanic Healing session we work to assist you to reconnect with these lost soul parts. When your spirit returns you will once again feel joy and inner peace. Many clients say they feel more present.
