Baby/Toddler Gong Bath

Everything you see is in a state of vibration, including us and we are constantly influenced by heard and unheard sound frequencies. Sound has the capability to affect how we feel and function, so in this sound bath, you and your children can relax, move about, play or just be.

Spending time absorbing the energy and vibration created by the singing bowls and gongs can help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace and wellbeing for better health.

Please bring your mats, blankets, cushions and all things to make a cosy space.
