About The Event
This event is held in the Studio, the small buidling at the back of the Canolfan, past the big containers.
There are limited spaces, so booking is essential. There is a session before which will finish at 7:15pm, so please arrive after 7:20pm. There will be plenty of space for you.
Please read the following carefully.
IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION
~ Please bring a mat, or somethig to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space), I cannot lend out any equipment.
~Sadly I am not allowed to give you any chocolate and ginger at the end, so please bring a little snack to help you ground at the end along with plenty of water.
