Colwyn Bay/Mochdre Gong Bath

No yoga this time! There is plenty of parking by the side of the venue and on the road too.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... Then observe the mind beginning to slow, as superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.
