Evening Outdoor Gong Bath, Llanfairfechan

I am thrilled to be able to offer an outdoor Gong Bath at Platts Farm! Hooray! 

Saturday 15 th August at 6pm.

Please arrive from 5:45pm so that everything is set up and ready for you first.

£15 per person

You will be lying down on the grass, so dress warmly with lots of blankets! Feel free to bring sun loungers and whatever you need to make a cosy space.

IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION 

~ Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space), I cannot lend out any equipment.

~Sadly I am not allowed to give you any chocolate and ginger at the end, so please bring a little snack to help you ground at the end along with plenty of water.

~ Following government guidelines on social distancing, please take care to ensure that we can be safely distanced, while still socially connected. Leave plenty of space around you. If you are coming with people from the same household you can be closer together.

~ Hand sanitiser is available on site

~ There will be one toilet in operation for Gong Bath attendees only.

~ Please do not come if you feel unwell with any of the virus symptoms (obvs!!)

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... The Gongs will then create a space for you to let go on all levels, your brainwave state will slow as you observe the mind beginning to slow. Superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.

***Sometimes Gong baths are not suitable, so pease get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions (epilepsy, early stages of pregnancy, have had recent surgery or trauma to the head).

If you have any metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc), please let me know as this just informs me of how much volume I can work with. 

Platts Farm

~ The venue is https://www.plattsfarm.com/ a beautiful Victorian farm, family run campsite.

~ Parking - There is space for 2 cars on the Coed field for anyone with mobility issues and 2 spaces on the driveway. Otherwise, please park on the main road by the entrance to the campsite.
