At the time of the Full Moon it is all about completion, the end of a cycle, release and forgiveness. There is a heighten charge and energy, which shines a light on all that we no longer need. The Gongs can help us to cleanse and clear out that energy across all levels of our being - physically, mentally, emotionally and on a soul/spirit dimension.

~ Please bring a mat, or something to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space) along with plenty of water.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax...
