Something to look forward to after the busy festive period and during a time in the year which can feel a little stagnant. Take some time to indulge in peace, space and stillness, retreating deeply inward at Mid Winter, just like Nature, so that you leave feeling grounded, relaxed, refreshed and re-energised, ready for the oncoming Spring.

During our retreat you will be welcomed into a very special space that will nourish and nurture you and there will be ~Gong Baths

You will be bathed in sounds to hold you, help you to release old and stuck energy and to clear your energy field. 

Trigonos is an 18 acre estate situated in a quiet Snowdonia Valley, bordering a lake and looking up at the west face of Snowdon. It is a business based on social and environmental responsibility. The objective of the weekend is to create a space where you will feel supported, have time for yourself and let yourself be taken care of, so that when you leave it will be as lighter, brighter version of your Self.

This retreat is open to everyone whether you have experienced Sound Healing or never before.

The price of the retreat is;

Twin ensuite £335 per person

Single ensuite £350 per person

You can pay in full, or a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due at the end of November. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.
