Ibiza - A Week of Sun, Yoga and Sound

We're going to Ibiza ... for a week of sun, sea, sand, yoga and sound.

Join yoga teacher Cathy Ibbotson and sound practitioner Steph Healy in Ibiza (Yes, Ibiza!) for a week of rebalancing and rejuvenating yoga and sound.

Included in the price is a daily yoga practice varying from flow to nidra; meditations, gong and sound baths and chanting. There is also the option to treat yourself to an individual treatment in Thai yoga massage, energy healing, chakra balance and sound healing (there is an additional cost for these). There will be plenty of free time to relax by the pool, lie in the sun shine, wander down to the beach or explore the pretty local town of Santa Eularia des Riu. Of course you're welcome to wander further afield too if you wish.

We will be staying in a beautiful private country house in the outskirts of Santa Eularia des Riu on the east coast of Ibiza, just a 15 minute stroll from the beach. The villa has five (air-conditioned) bedrooms, each with its own entrance to private patio spaces. The villa has large pool with decking and plenty of sun beds, vegetable garden, orchard with fruit trees, and it is set in two acres of woodland. There is large reception area with fireplace and indoor plus outdoor dining areas that overlook the garden and lawns. Fully inclusive, the food is mainly vegetarian, yummy wholefood, locally grown and produced.

Ryanair are offering flights for around £60 return at the moment (Nov 2017).

There are taxies readily available outside Ibiza Airport; taxi to the villa is approximately 25 minutes and cost 30/40 €. Private pick up is also possible at a cost of 40 euros per car which will take 3 people plus luggage.
