Llanfairfechan Gong Bath

This venue is opposite the Post office, just after the Coop and Spar, on the right.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... Then observe the mind beginning to slow, as superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.

Don't forget your mat, blanket, pillow and water.

Please let me know if you have any medical conditions or metal in the body such as pins, screws. plates etc. (This just informs me of how much volume I can work with).
