Llanfairpwll Gong Bath

Held in the Church hall (also known as the 1st Scout Group Llanfairpwll in google maps) the turning by the Lifestyle express shop on Ffordd Penmynydd at the very end of Lon Ty Croes, you'll find FFordd Hen Ysgol. There is parking at the venue, front and back.

~ Please bring a mat, or something to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space) along with plenty of water.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... Then observe the mind beginning to slow, as superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.
