About The Event

**It's best to follow these directions as Maps might take you on a merry dance!!!**

Held in the St Mary's hall (also known as the 1st Scout Llanfairpwll in google maps) at the very end of Lon Ty Croes, take the turning by the Lifestyle express shop, up the little hill to the very top. The bulding is on the left. There is parking at the venue, front and back.

.

~ Please bring a mat, or something to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space) along with plenty of water.

.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... Then observe the mind beginning to slow, as superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.

.

Please get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions or metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc). This just informs me of how much volume I can work with.

.

Sound is a powerful tool to be working with and is becoming more and more popular. Always ask your Therapist where they have trained and ensure that they have completed comprehensive training (not just a weekend course!) It is important that you feel safe and that the Practitioner knows what they are doing. For this session you are in good hands; Steph Healy is a highly qualified Sound Therapist (College of Sound Healing, Biofield Tuning Foundation) and College of Sound Healing Tutor.

Thank you,

Steph
