Llanfairpwll Gong Bath

**It's best to follow these directions as Maps might take you on a merry dance!!!**

Held in the St Mary's hall (also known as the 1st Scout Llanfairpwll in google maps) at the very end of Lon Ty Croes, take the turning by the Lifestyle express shop, up the little hill to the very top. The building is on the left. There is parking at the venue, front and back.

~ Please bring a mat, or something to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space) along with a bottle of water.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax...
