Meadow Summer Solstice Evening Gong Bath

A special Gong Bath to celebrate the Summer Solstice in the meadow at the beautiful and peaceful Cae Lal campsite, Brithdir Mawr, Lon Wern, Bangor LL57 4BY. Behind Tesco, up the hill Lon Wen, keep going until you reach Cael Lal drive on the left. 

Receive the powerful sound waves from the Gongs and experience the interconnectedness of all that is. The longest day and the season of Summer when the Earth laughs in flowers as if its celebrating its own beauty – an opportunity to come together and share in the high energy and life force of nature. A time of transformation, growth, free flow and gratitude for all that we have achieved since the Winter Solstice.

Outside in the meadow at Cae Lal if the weather behaves, but inside if it's wet. Bring plenty of warm layers in case it's a little chilly.
