Meadow Summer Solstice Evening Gong Bath

A special Gong Bath to celebrate the Summer Solstice in the meadow at the beautiful and peaceful Cae Lal campsite, Brithdir Mawr, Lon Wern, Bangor LL57 4BY. Behind Tesco, up the hill Lon Wen, keep going until you reach Cael Lal drive on the left. 

Receive the powerful sound waves from the Gongs and experience the interconnectedness of all that is. The longest day and the season of Summer when the Earth laughs in flowers as if its celebrating its own beauty – an opportunity to come together and share in the high energy and life force of nature. A time of transformation, growth, free flow and gratitude for all that we have achieved since the Winter Solstice.

Outside in the meadow at Cae Lal if the weather behaves, but inside if it's wet. Bring plenty of warm layers in case it's a little chilly.

You are invited to bring a sweet treat to share, hot herby teas will be available afterwards by the fire.

All you need to do is arrive, lie down, cosy up in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Feel the Earth beneath you and nature all around. Breathe and relax... The Gongs will then create a space for you to let go on all levels, your brainwave state will slow as you observe the mind beginning to slow. Superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.

***Sometimes Gong baths are not suitable, so pease get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions (epilepsy, early stages of pregnancy, have had recent surgery or trauma to the head).
