New Year's Day Gong Bath. A relaxation class to tune into a positive intention for the year ahead!

~ Please bring a mat, or something to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space), along with plenty of water.

Sound has been used as a tool to support health and wellbeing for thousands of years. All you need to do is arrive, lie on a mat, cosy up in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... The Gongs will then create a space for you to let go on all levels, your brainwave state will slow as you observe the mind beginning to slow. Superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.
