Penmorfa (nr Porthmadog) Gong Bath

The Memorial Hall is in the middle of the village, by the bus shelter and the post box, on the same side of the road. There is a sharp turn to enter and plenty of parking behind the venue.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... Then observe the mind beginning to slow, as superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.
