The end of October and the time of the Celtic New Year, Samhain. Cathy and Steph invite you to join them for this wonderful time to work with the flow of nature, to let go of all that has occurred in the year that’s past and to rest in preparation for the year to come.

Trigonos is an 18 acre estate situated in a quiet Snowdonia Valley, bordering a lake and looking up at the west face of Snowdon. During our retreat you will be welcomed into a very special space that will nourish and nurture you. We will work with both flow and yin yoga and Yoga Nidra practices as well as experience Gong Baths, Crystal Bowl Journeying and Meditation - bathing in sounds to hold you, help you to release old and stuck energy and to clear your energy field.

We aim to create a space where you will feel supported, have time for yourself (Private treatments will be available) and let yourself be taken care of, so that when you leave it will be as lighter and brighter version of your Self.

This retreat is open to everyone however long (or not) you have been practicing Yoga, whether you have experienced Sound Healing or never before.

The price of the retreat is:

£300 (per person) for a twin room shared bathroom

£320 (per person) for a single non en-suite room

£345 (per person) for an single en-suite room

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due at the end of August. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.
