Return to Earth Retreat

Return to Earth falls at the time of the Celtic New Year, Samhain. A time to let go of the year that’s past and rest in preparation for the year to come. During our retreat you will be welcomed into a space that will nourish, nuture and hold you in kindness. We will be working with meditation, movement, crystals and sound healing. Our aim is to hold a safe and supportive space for you to better connect to your Self and to the Earth.

Return to Earth retreat will give you precious time to reflect, let go of that which no longer serves you and to celebrate that which has grown this year.

Roz, Belinda and Steph are hosting the retreat together. We are good friends and colleagues each qualified and experienced in our own areas. Together we are weaving our skills to create a web of well-being in which you will be safely held. We are offering this wonderful weekend retreat of rest, reconnection and relaxation in the beautiful Trigonos Centre held in the healing arms of the mountains of Snowdonia.

Weekend includes comfortable rooms, amazing vegetarian food including afternoon tea with homemade cake (yum!) fruit bowl and tea and coffee constantly available. Choice of rooms available single £285 , twin £275 or twin en-suite £295.
