About The Event
An evening of Gong sounds for health and wellbeing!
I will lead you in a meditation to connect with the body's wisdom, then play the Gongs for you, creating a space conducive to your self healing. I let the cycles in nature inform which Gongs to bring, so each session tunes us into the season with the elemental Gongs and planetary Gongs to help us align with the Cosmic dance of life.
