About The Event
~ Please bring a mat, or something to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space), along with plenty of water.
All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... The Gongs will then create a space for you to let go on all levels, your brainwave state will slow as you observe the mind beginning to slow. Superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.
***Sometimes Gong baths are not suitable, so pease get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions (epilepsy, early stages of pregnancy, have had recent surgery or trauma to the head).
If you have any metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc), please let me know as this just informs me of how much volume I can work with ***
Sound is a powerful tool to be working with and is becoming more and more popular. Always ask your Therapist where they have trained and ensure that they have completed comprehensive training (not just a weekend course!) It is important that you feel safe and that the Practitioner knows what they are doing. For this session you are in good hands; Steph Healy is a highly qualified Sound Therapist and Teacher (College of Sound Healing, Biofield Tuning Foundation).
Thank you.
