Sensation and Sound Yoga Flow & Gong Bath

After the restful hibernation of winter, allow the tantalising promise of Spring to bring you a collaboration between Ella from Nalini Yoga and Steph from Pure Sound.

This session will combine some key elements for a serene Sunday morning, delving into the simplicity of sensation and sound healing.

We will begin by waking up the senses with the scent of incense and cleansing palo santo; the taste of herbal teas and a teeny treat; before sinking into our practice of Pranayama (breathwork) and a luxuriously warming Yoga session. Starting gently, we will move through a flowing practice, enjoying the sensation of stretching our bodies and releasing any tension from our minds. Taking Savasana to finish, you can enjoy the feeling of being connected with the sense of touch, by having the option of some hands-on adjustments to ease you into relaxation.
