At the arrival of Autumn on Friday 23rd September, I invite you to join a group of open and like minded people to journey within yourself, explore the balance between the seasons, dark and light, your inner and outer Self, through silence and sound.

We will work with the flow of nature in this magical palce, to reflect on the wonders, achievements and liveliness of the Spring and Summer months and then turn your attention to the beginning of the inner cycle of growth; a point of transition where we can process the lessons the we have learnt, release whatever needs to flow on and listen to the wisdom within ourselves so that we may plan and weave dreams as Winter approaches...
