Sound and Silence - A weekend retreat with Steph Healy

At the arrival of Autumn, I invite you to join a small group to journey within yourself, explore the balance between the seasons, dark and light, your inner and outer Self, through sound and silence.
Following the Autumn Eqinox we will work with the flow of nature, to reflect on the wonders, achievements and liveliness of the Spring and Summer months and then turn your attention to the beginning of the inner cycle of growth; a point of transition where we can process the lessons the we have learnt, release whatever needs to flow on and listen to the wisdom within ourselves so that we may plan and weave dreams as Winter approaches...
