If you arrive 10 mins early (we start at 7pm) and bring a mat, blanket, pillow and some water - anything you need to make a comfortable space. I have some spare if you dont have a yoga mat. Please let me know if you have any medical conditions or metal work in the body, such as pins or screws (this just informs me of how much volume I can work with.) Thank you.
