Summer Solstice Celebration -Fusion of Yoga & Sound

Join yoga teacher Cathy Ibbotson (Source Yoga) and sound practitioner Steph Healy (Pure Sound) for a special summer solstice weekend celebration.

A gentle fusion of yoga and sound healing throughout the weekend, to compliment this time in the year where the light is at it’s height and nature is at its busiest, to pause, ground and reconnect to the life force.

The weekend will include yoga, meditation, sound baths, chanting, silence,an optional wild swim and lots and lots of delicious food in the beautiful space at Trigonos, set in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

The early bird price of the weekend will be £305 for a single ensuite, £285 for a single non ensuite and £275 for a twin non ensuite if a £50 deposit is paid by the end of December. After December the prices go up to £320, £300 and £290 respectively. The remainder of the payment becomes due one month before the start date of the retreat (or you can pay in installments as suits you).
