Summer Solstice evening Gong Bath

A special Gong Bath Relaxation to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

Receive the powerful sound waves from the Sun, Earth, Wind, Water and Moon gongs and experience the interconnectedness of all that is. The longest day and the season of Summer when the Earth laughs in flowers as if its celebrating its own beauty – an opportunity to come together and share in the high energy and life force of nature. A time of transformation, growth, free flow and gratitude for all that we have achieved since the Winter Solstice.

IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION

~ Please bring a mat, or somethig to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space), I cannot lend out any equipment. Please keep your shoes on until you reach your mat. The Hall Committee have asked that we are not bare foot.

~ Please bring a little snack to help you ground at the end along with plenty of water. We are not allowed to use the kitchen

~ Please take care to ensure that we can be safely distanced, while still socially connected. Leave plenty of space around you. If you are coming with people from the same household you can be closer together.

~ There is hand sanitiser available as you walk in.

~ Please do not come if you feel unwell with any of the virus symptoms (obvs!!) you can remove your mask once on your mat.

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a mat, cosy up in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... The Gongs will then create a space for you to let go on all levels, your brainwave state will slow as you observe the mind beginning to slow. Superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.

***Sometimes Gong baths are not suitable, so pease get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions (epilepsy, early stages of pregnancy, have had recent surgery or trauma to the head).

If you have any metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc), please let me know as this just informs me of how much volume I can work with ***
