Friday 10th June 4pm - Sunday 13th June 2pm

I am offering space for a small group to gather for a weekend of sound healing and reflection at a time when the light is full and we are approaching Summer Solstice. At this time everything in nature blooms and thrives, there is much warmth and light on our planet and everyone is enjoying the longer days, spending much time out in nature. 

I invite you to step inside yourself to reflect and pause before the wheel of the year turns once more. Become aware of all that you have achieved since the Winter Solstice, all that you have learned and to begin to dream the next phases of your life.

During our retreat you will be welcomed into a very special space that will nourish and nurture you. You will have time for yourself to connect to the land, walk barefoot, dip in the lake and let yourself be taken care of, so that you'll leave feeling refreshed, fully charged, lighter and brighter.

There will be (weather permitting some of these sessions will be outside!)

~Biofield Tuning

~Meditation

~Free time

This retreat is open to everyone whether you have experienced healing through sound or never before.

The price of the retreat is:

£335 (per person) for a twin ensuite room 

£350 (per person) for an single ensuite room

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due by 7th May 2022. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel, unless I am able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.

Trigonos is an 18 acre estate situated in a quiet Snowdonia Valley, bordering a lake and looking up at the west face of Snowdon. It is a not-for-profit business based on social and environmental responsibility.
