About The Event

Sliding scale tickets:

~ £8 Standard ticket

~ £4 Concession

~ £15 Kindness ticket (pay for yourself and fund someone/a stranger who can't afford a ticket)

~ Get in touch if you want to come but finances are challenged, there will always be some free karma spaces

The gong is one of man's most powerful and oldest transformational and therapeutic instruments. It's been used for ritual, ceremony, prayer, and meditation since the Bronze Age. The sound of the gong has been described as: • Relaxing and calming • Centering and energizing • Transforming and healing

I will play the Gongs for balance and harmony, while you receive the sounds from the comfort of your own home. Even though we are not in the same room, you can still soak up the frequencies on every level of your existence, because we are infinite beings, with infinite energy fields.....

~ Please let me know about any medical conditions, as sometimes a gong bath isn't appropriate (1st trimester of pregnancy, if you suffer with epilepsy or straight after surgery for eg.)

Sound is a powerful tool to be working with and is becoming more and more popular. Always ask your Therapist where they have trained and ensure that they have completed comprehensive training (not just a weekend course!) It is important that you feel safe and that the Practitioner knows what they are doing. For this session you are in good hands; Steph Healy is a highly qualified Sound Therapist (College of Sound Healing, Biofield Tuning Foundation).

~ Once you have purchased a ticket you will immediately receive the Zoom details for joining the meeting (do check in your junk folder, in case your email thinks it's spam!)

~ Please enter the Gong Space 10 mins before the start time, as I will be unable to accept your request after 9am we have begun.

~ Always use headphones or an external speaker plugged into your device (Bluetooth can be patchy).

~ For the best download capability, so that there are minimal glitches or lag, turn off any devices that might be using Wifi during the Gong Bath

~ Choose a space in your house where your signal isn’t likely to drop out.

~ Its always so lovely to see your beautiful faces and say hello, so never stop doing that please. Do mute your mic after the hellos, as you settle down (as all household/settling sounds can be very loud when using headphones. This can be quite disorientating).

~ Just before we begin the meditation, please mute your mic and turn off your video.

~ I will turn my video off too, to allow maximum audio capability.

~ After the session do feel free to use the chat facility or hang on to say bye and ask any questions.

~  You are always welcome to get in touch after a Gong bath with any questions or feedback. This is particularly important if you have had a strong response to the sound. This is what I am here for, so please don’t be shy or think that you are bothering me!

~ Of course, some of these suggestions might not be possible, but I just wanted to help you to have the most seamless sound! If you have found that there are any other tricks that help, please share, so your fellow Gongbathers can have the maximum experience too.

See you there,

Love Steph x
