Wednesday Night Gong Bath (via Zoom)

I will play the Gongs for you while you receive the sounds from the comfort of your own home. Even though we are not in the same room, you can still soak up the frequencies on every level of your existence, because we are infinite beings, with infinite energy fields.....

~ Please let me know about any medical conditions, as sometimes a gong bath isn't appropriate (1st trimester of pregnancy, if you suffer with epilepsy or straight after surgery for eg.)

~ Please enter the Gong Space 10 mins before the start time, as I will be unable to accept your request after 7pm we have begun. 

~ Always use headphones or an external speaker plugged into your device (Bluetooth can be patchy).

~For the best download capability, so that there are minimal glitches or lag, turn off…
