A special 2 hour Gong Bath Meditation morning to celebrate the Summer Solstice.
Let us gather to receive the powerful sound waves from the Sun, Earth, Water, Wind and Stardust Gongs and experience the interconnectedness of all that is. The longest day and the season of Summer when the Earth laughs in flowers - celebrating its own beauty. This is an opportunity to come together and share in the high energy and life force of nature. A time of transformation, growth, free flow and gratitude for all that we have achieved since the Winter Solstice.
Roz Daws is going to make her legendary Monks porridge with herbal teas before you leave!
Please bring something to lie on (a mat), blankets and pillow to make a comfortable nest. PLease also bring some water to drink after the session or on the way…
