About The Event

A special dawn (yes! 4.30am) meditation and Gong Bath morning to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

Receive the powerful sound waves from the Sun, Earth, Wind, Water and Moon gongs and experience the interconnectedness of all that is. The longest day and the season of Summer when the Earth laughs in flowers as if its celebrating its own beauty – an opportunity to come together and share in the high energy and life force of nature. A time of transformation, growth, free flow and gratitude for all that we have achieved since the Winter Solstice.

~ Please let me know about any medical conditions, as sometimes a gong bath isn't appropriate (1st trimester of pregnancy, if you suffer with epilepsy or straight after surgery for eg.)

~ Please register to receive the Zoom details for joining the meeting

~ Please enter the Gong Space 10 mins before the start time, as I will be unable to accept your request after 4.30am we have begun.

~ Always use headphones or an external speaker plugged into your device (Bluetooth can be patchy).

~For the best download capability, so that there are minimal glitches or lag, turn off any devices that might be using Wifi during the Gong Bath (my house abstains while I am live – We thank and bless them for this!)

~ Choose a space in your house where your signal isn’t likely to drop out.

~ Its always so lovely to see your beautiful faces and say hello, so never stop doing that please. Do mute your mic after the hellos, as you settle down (as all household/settling sounds can be very loud when using headphones. This can be quite disorientating).

~ Just before we begin the meditation, please mute your mic and turn off your video.

~I will turn my video off too, to allow maximum audio capability.

~ After the session do feel free to use the chat facility or hang on to say bye and ask any questions.

~ You are always welcome to get in touch after a Gong bath with any questions or feedback. This is particularly important if you have had a strong response to the sound. This is what I am here for, so please don’t be shy or think that you are bothering me!

~ Of course, some of these suggestions might not be possible, but I just wanted to help you to have the most seamless sound! If you have found that there are any other tricks that help, please share, so your fellow Gongbathers can have the maximum experience too.

See you there,

Love Steph
