The darkness has reached it's height. From this point onward the days will lighten and lengthen and warmth will return to the Earth. The Winter Solstice is a time for reflection. A moment to pause and acknowledge all that we have experienced and all that we have learnt since the Summer Solstice. It is also a time to look forward and set intentions and wishes for the oncoming cycle of the year.
Rest in the darkness and allow yourself to be bathed in the sound waves and vibrations from the Gongs, singing bowls and grounding instruments and welcome in the dawn of the shortest day.
