Welcoming in the Winter Solstice Gong Bath

The darkness has reached it's height. From this point onward the days will lighten and lengthen and warmth will return to the Earth. The Winter Solstice is a time for reflection. A moment to pause and acknowledge all that we have experienced and all that we have learnt. It is also a time to look forward and set intentions and wishes for the oncoming cycle of the year.

Rest in the darkness and welcome in the dawn of the Winter Solstice, while allowing yourself to be bathed in the sound waves and vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls and grounding instruments.

Enjoy some yummy Monks porridge and tea before you leave!

Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow to make a comfortable nest (a few spare will be available).
