Winter Solstice Gong Bath, Bethesda

An evening Winter Solstice Celebration

7pm in the Bethesda Rugby Clwb (upstairs.) 

£15  **There are limited spaces, so booking is essential **

The darkness has reached it's height. From this point onward the days will lighten and lengthen and warmth will return to the Earth. The Winter Solstice is a time for reflection. A moment to pause and acknowledge all that we have experienced and all that we have learnt. It is also a time to look forward and set intentions and wishes for the oncoming cycle of the year.

Rest in the darkness and allow yourself to be bathed in the sound waves and vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls and grounding instruments.

Please read the following carefully.

IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION

~ Please bring a mat, or somethig to lie on, blanket, pillow (anything to make a comfortable space), I cannot lend out any equipment.

~Please bring a little snack to help you ground at the end along with plenty of water.

~ Following government guidelines on social distancing, please take care to ensure that we can be safely distanced, while still socially connected. Leave plenty of space around you. If you are coming with people from the same household you can be closer together.

~ Please wear a face covering on entering and leaving the building. Once your mat is set up and you are sitting down, you can remove your face covering.

~ There will be hand sanitiser available should you wish to use it.

~ Please do not come if you feel unwell with any of the virus symptoms (obvs!!)

All you need to do is arrive, lie on a yoga mat, snuggle in a blanket and pillow, so that you are warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... The Gongs will then create a space for you to let go on all levels, your brainwave state will slow as you observe the mind beginning to slow. Superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance.

***Sometimes Gong baths are not suitable, so pease get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions (epilepsy, early stages of pregnancy, have had recent surgery or trauma to the head).

If you have any metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc), please let me know as this just informs me of how much volume I can work with ***
