Come and stretch, reconnect and be held by beautiful sounds from the gongs. All followed by some light refreshments. A perfect session for welcoming in the Spring energy.
Yin yoga is great for when we are tired, over-stimulated, when our energy is too erratic or mind overactive. This practice consists of a series of long-held, passive floor based poses. The postures work on a physical level with the connective tissues, and on an energetic level to clear the meridians. The poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes at a time.
We are constantly influenced by heard and unheard sound frequencies and receiving a Gong Bath can help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace and wellbeing for better health. The perfect match to Yin Yoga.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow to make a comfortable nest! (a few spare ones are available). Please also bring some water.
