Come and stretch, reconnect and be held by beautiful sounds from the gongs. All followed by some light refreshments.
Yin yoga is great for when we are tired, over-stimulated, when our energy is too erratic or mind overactive. This practice consists of a series of long-held, passive floor based poses. The postures work on a physical level with the connective tissues, and on an energetic level to clear the meridians. The poses are held for 3 to five minutes at a time.
