Yoga Flow and Sound Bath Journey

Steph and Freddie from Simply Yoga & Therapies will take you on a wonderful journey of flowing yoga and sound with the aim of bringing you to a level of total relaxation. Our theme for the workshop is connecting with the earth & will include gentle sequences and Dru Yoga postures, followed by a short relaxation.

Steph will then take us on a sound journey with gongs, singing bowls, chimes and grounding instruments. Sound has been used for thousands of years to support our health and wellbeing, in ritual and ceremony, meditation and healing. Once in a relaxed state our systems can absorb the very frequencies required to bring balance and harmonic resonance back to the body, mind and emotions.
