Full Moon energy helps us to release whatever we are carrying that no longer serves us - emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. This is also a wonderful time to forgive - to forgive yourself and or others. To fogive everything and start again with a clear slate, if that feels approriate.
 
This sound bath is an hour and fourteen minutes long and consists of a body scan, Himalayan, and quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs (Earth Moon Sun and Venus), chimes, rainstick and seed pod shaker. The elements also joined in with the sound of the wind in the background, which was created on a Full Moon.
