Once again there is a sense that the World is spinning more quickly and I am reminded by this wonderful quote that all I can control is now. And now and now and now! I try to remember that now is a sweet spot, where all the magic resides... (sometimes said through gritted teeth, I can tell you!)
I escape into nature when it all feels a bit much and just fill my lungs with fresh air. It clears my mind every time and I am so grateful.
